Fund raising effort for Malaga Wildlife Rescue.
An idea family outing, a large, rambling garden, predominately native, with lots of mature eucalypts and grevilleas, as well as several lawn areas and large deciduous trees. Rob and Linda have focused on creating a wildlife friendly garden as well as incorporating plenty of places for children to enjoy.
Several acres of garden include a cottage style garden near the house containing roses and a wisteria covered pergola, a heavily shaded area for ferns and pot plants featuring an old spiral staircase, and a small citrus orchard near the vegetable patch. There are also a couple of acres of newly planted Banksias to try and help the Carnaby Cockatoos survive, many bird nesting boxes and the piles of messy logs are intended for reptiles to hide in!
