About Open Gardens

Open Gardens WA is a registered ‘not for profit’ organisation staffed with a team of enthusiastic volunteers that select and showcase the talents and dedication of Western Australian gardeners and designers through an annual program of open gardens and exclusive ticketed events.

Membership fees help cover some of the running costs, such as insurance and equipment, with the balance covered by entrance fees at open gardens and ticketed events.

Any surplus funds from our operations are allocated for donations to community organisations or charities with a garden theme, as stated in our Constitution and following the Australia Tax Office regulations for Not for Profit organisations.

Members receive regular email updates, the first invitations to purchase tickets for exclusive events, and a reduced cost for entry to open gardens.
